UPDATE: We have requested extra temporary space with itch, so fingers crossed, they can help:)
If no city is visible, then DX12 will not be enabled on your PC. Please right click on start menu, select run and type : dxdiag... ( I would select 'YES' to check the drivers are digitally signed, as if not, remove them quickly!!) This will show you what version DX you have. DX12 is required for this demo. If not, attempt to install if your GPU is DX12 ready.
